As our guest at Town & Country Inn and Suites, it's important that you are informed of our hotel policies to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

- Check-Out 11am
- Must be 21 years old to register
- Cancellation policy: 24 hours prior to your arrival.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Gift cards/prepaid/reloadable debit cards are not accepted.
- At check-in, T&C Inn will place an authorization on your credit card for an amount equal to your guest room rate plus tax, plus an additional $100.00 for any incidental charges. Most debit cards will hold authorized funds for up to ten days after departure, depending on the policy of your financial institution.
- On site parking iis free
- The maximum number of people (combined adults & children) allowed per room is 4, depending on room type. Additional adults after 2 are subject to an occupancy charge of $10.00 per person.
- Guest rooms are 100% non-smoking, including vaping & marijuana. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged per occurance.
- No pets or emotional support animals allowed.
